A chatter bot (or chatbot) is a type of conversational agent, a computer program designed to simulate an intelligent conversation with one or more human users via auditory or textual methods. In other words, a chatter bot is a computer program with artificial intelligence to talk to people through voices or typed words. Though many appear to be intelligently interpreting the human input prior to providing a response, most chatter bots simply scan for keywords within the input and pull a reply with the most matching keywords or the most similar wording pattern from a local database. GBot is a chat bot application that can be used in the place like training sections of software firms .In such environments LAN messaging applications are used to collaborate on group projects and it let each members to ask there doubts regarding that project to technical leaders. There may be one more technical leaders .But if the technical leaders are busy with any other things, they need a solution that will enable them to collaborate. Other problem is when team leader is out of station or out of work, somebody else has to be able to replay for there doubt. GBot is a chatter bot application that can solve this problem. Basically GBot is not only a chat bot ,human supported chatter bot . GBot is working as intermediate system between all members. GBot is an artificial intelligence chat bot which is having knowledge data base related to the particular training area, It aims to simulate human support chat in an interesting, entertaining and humorous manner. Project Members can ask there doubts to GBot . There doubts will be cleared with the help of its database .If it is not able to satisfy the question it will redirect that question to any of the available team leader .Questioner is not going to know whether it’s a human being or Chabot .Chat bot database is getting updated .It learns. In some ways it models the way humans learn language, facts, context and rules. GBot stores everything everyone has ever said, and finds the most appropriate thing to say using contextual pattern matching techniques. In speaking to team leader it uses just that learn material, and borrows a little bit of there intelligence as it learns more.
